• Setup fee for each Subscription: $395
• A 10% Discount will be applied to the second subscription (Value-wise).
• A 15% Discount will be applied to the third subscription.

• Tour management subscription comes only in “Standard” plans.
• All billing cycles start on the 1st of each month and extra usage of each month will be added to the following month’s bill.
• Plan downgrades will be in effect from the next billing cycle.
• There is an extra charge for SMS usage and needs a separate subscription.
INTRODUCING A ‘PARKED’ STATE DURING THE OFF-SEASON
Rentrax clients can put their instance in a Parked state during the Off-Season. While in the Parked state, their instance will still be fully available with minimal cost ($14.00), and the only restriction is the number of free orders reduced to 5 per month.
This feature is great for seasonal businesses that hibernate for a couple of months in a year.
Also, it helps new clients to sign up early and work on setting up their online store and go through the learning curve with peace of mind and get ready for their season with no rush.
* Starting January 1st, 2023, the park status is limited to 6 months per calendar year. After 6 months, the subscription has to be upgraded to a Light, Standard, or PRO plan, depending on your business needs.
MULTI-LOCATIONS FEATURE
• Multi-locations sign-ups are available through Client Portal (Not available on the Light plan).
